– Free ad (or listing): This service is provided upon registration on the Website and provides 3 free ads in any vehicle category, for a period of up to 30 days.

–Free ad promotions are temporary and are subject to the conditions of the promotion specified on the Website.

–Paid listings are ads submitted by paying for a Service Package or subscribing to a Subscription for a month. Terms and conditions of Packages and Subscriptions, if they are valid in your region, read on the Website.

– ‘Bump Up’ – service in which your ad rises to the top of search queries when you click on the button of the same name in the list of your ads. Terms of this service see in the purchased Service Packages.

– ‘Featured’ – a service that highlights the ad card and raises it to the top of the search. The function is activated by clicking on the button of the same name in the list of your ads. Terms of this service see in the purchased Service Packages.

– Other paid services are published on the Website and brought to the attention of Website users.

Website administration does not charge additional fees for services that were not published on the Website properly.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this Website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by court in the Hong Kong and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. No inappropriate content

Post properly

User Responsibility for Sales and Deliveries

Disclaimer of Liability. ENON Cars acts solely as a venue to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers. We do not own, control, inspect, or guarantee the condition of any vehicle listed on the platform.  We are not a party to any agreements entered into between buyers and sellers.

Seller Responsibilities. Sellers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of all information listed about their vehicles.
• Pricing and negotiation of the sale with potential buyers.
• The physical condition and legal ownership of the vehicles they list.
• Completing the sale and delivery of the car to the buyer.

Buyer Responsibilities.  Buyers are solely responsible for:

• Conducting their own due diligence on any vehicle they are interested in purchasing.
• Negotiating the purchase price and terms with the seller.
• Verifying the condition and ownership of the vehicle before completing the purchase.
• Arranging for the transportation and registration of the purchased vehicle.

Disputes.  ENON Cars does not mediate or resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.  We recommend that users communicate openly and clearly throughout the buying and selling process.  If a dispute arises, users are encouraged to seek legal counsel or use alternative dispute resolution methods.

Miscellaneous

No duplicate accounts – duplicate accounts will be banned and you risk your primary account being banned too.

Respect the staff and their decisions – we are here to do the work we do to the best of our ability to create the best classifieds marketplace possible.

If you find postings that violate these rules, please feel free to bring them to our attention by reporting them.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and to apply those changes to all messages, even if they preceded those changes.
